A Cocktail of the Summer

We are nearing the end of summer and what better way to celebrate than with these three refreshing & most importantly tasty margaritas. I'll start with the ruby red margarita.  It is the ideal combination of both sweet and tangy. Isn't it gorgeous? The perfect shade of pink for your summer gatherings. Next is the Coconut lime margarita. The combination is out of this world. It is basically paradise in a cup. Looks best when topped with lime & coconut shavings. Last we have the cocktail of the summer. A little tequila, topo chico, and your favorite fruity popsicle. Probably made in Austin. Garnish with salt or Tejin if you go with a mango popsicle.
